Choose a meeting destination that sets the tone for a premier guest experience from arrival to departure. Hyatt Regency Montreal offers a full complement of meeting rooms to suit every need from high-level board meetings to conferencesof 1,000 attendees.

To ensure your event meets your standards, all of our downtown Montreal meeting and banquet facilities offer individual controls for heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, and 100V single-phase and 220V single-phase electricity.
LEVEL 4
Foyer Soprano
Host an elegant pre-function event in the Foyer Soprano. This salon offers an intimate reception area for up to 150.

The second largest event venue of the Hyatt Regency Montreal, the Soprano ballroom is easily divisible into as many as three separate entertaining areas. When combined, the ballroom can host an impressive 650 individuals for a reception, or 550 for an elegant seated banquet.

Foyer Opera
Should you require a grand entrance, look no further than the aptly titled foyer of the Opera Accommodating between 300 (seated) and 540 (cocktail) for a reception, this popular anteroom is an ideal mingling space prior to a large ballroom event.

Wow your guests in our luxuriously-appointed Grand Salon Opera, the hotel’s largest  ballroom at 7,644 square feet. Accommodate 1,000 in theatre-set up or for a standing cocktail reception, or seat 800 for a lavish dinner. If it’s business you prefer, host a classroom session on a grand scale for up to 600 people.
LEVEL 5
Foyer Ovation
The foyer of our largest junior ballroom is ideal for mingling prior to an intimate event – perhaps with a select group of VIPs? The Foyer can accommodate 55 for a standing cocktail reception.

Ovation
Our largest junior ballroom, the Ovation space can accommodate mid-sized parties of up to 270, or is ideally suited to small business events, seating up to 55 in square, U or boardroom setups.

Maestro
The 335 square foot Maestro  room, offers a lot for a small space.. Invite the leading minds of your company to linger over coffee in a boardroom discussion for 20 or host a one-on-one training session for 15. We guarantee that it will be time well spent.

Symphonie 1
The Symphonie 1 conference space accommodates an impressive crowd for smaller meetings and gatherings – 100 for a seated event and 150 for a standing reception.

Symphonie 2, Symphonie 3, Symphonie 4
Each between 800 and 1,500 square feet, these three junior meeting spaces make ideal breakout spaces during larger events. To accommodate a small crowd or intimate lecture, divide each room into two spaces and seat between 30 and 120. Use one of the rooms for registration or refreshment areas, while reserving the others for individual sessions during a large conference.

Symphonie 5, Symphonie 6
At just 280 square feet each, these small rooms are  amongstthe most popular for intimate gatherings or impromptu brainstorming sessions. Seat up to ten people in banquet or boardroom-style setups for productive working lunches or business meetings.

Symphonie 7
Fly in your best sales representatives for a day of training, or host a technology seminar to your new Human Resources department. .At 550 square feet, the Symphonie 7room accommodates between 15 and 30, depending on the setup.
LEVEL 6
Creation 
Host a stylish, yet intimate gathering in our sixth floor salon, which can accommodate 80 for a banquet or between 100 and 130 for a reception. If daytime training session is necessary, the room can be arranged to host up to 50 in a classroom-style setup.

Imagination
Slightly larger than the Creation room , the Imagination room stands at 1,620 square feet. Accommodate between 25 and 60, depending on the setup.

Inspiration
Our second largest event space, the Inspiration ballroom is ideal for large banquet functions. Kick off a week-long conference or host an evening of dancing and entertainment in the nearly 5,000 square foot space, which can accommodate up to 460.
